Meet Our Team
Dr. Amilcar M. Lominchar
Dr. Lominchar has been practicing in the United States as a primary care physician since 2015, mostly with the elderly population. He is fluent in English and Spanish.
Dr. Amilcar M. Lominchar was born and raised in Havana, Cuba.
In his spare time, Dr. Lominchar spends his leisure time with his family. He loves animals, he has a dog named Nene and a turtle named Elsa. He loves to dance salsa and loves to drink Cuban coffee.
Yandra Alayo Reyes, ARNP
Yandra Alayo Reyes, ARNP, FNP-C
Board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner providing comprehensive primary care services. Committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. Fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese, serving the Tampa, Florida community.
Office Manager
Ricardo Gonzalez serves as the Office Manager at E & Y Medical Clinic, where he plays a key role in ensuring every patient receives a smooth and welcoming experience. He is currently pursuing an Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN), driven by a strong commitment to advancing in the healthcare field.
Fluent in both English and Spanish, Ricardo effectively communicates with and supports a diverse patient population. Outside of work, he enjoys cooking, reading, and exploring ways to maintain a healthy and balanced lifestyle.
Interim Manager
Nerkys Martínez is a key asset in the operations of E&Y Medical Clinic, where she currently serves as Interim Manager. Her leadership is characterized by organization, commitment, and the ability to maintain an efficient work environment focused on service quality.
Additionally, she serves as the administrator for two assisted living facilities, managing every detail with responsibility and care to ensure the well-being of the residents and the smooth functioning of operations.
Her dedication and sense of responsibility make her a fundamental pillar within each of her areas of work.
Massage Therapist Patient Care
Jose Ramirez is a valued member of the E & Y Medical Clinic team, serving at the front desk and assisting with patient transportation as the clinic’s van driver. He is a licensed Massage Therapist in the state of Florida and is passionate about supporting patients throughout their care experience. Jose is committed to continuing his education and plans to pursue a degree in Physical Therapy in the future.
Allergy Medical Assistant
I am a Medical Assistant with experience in patient care and support, committed to providing service that is compassionate, efficient, and of high quality, with a primary focus on the fields of allergy testing and immunotherapy. I distinguish myself through my organizational skills, sense of responsibility, and ability to foster an atmosphere of trust for both patients and the medical team.
Throughout my career, I have developed skills in administrative management, clinical assistance, and direct support for healthcare professionals, always upholding empathy and respect as the foundation of my work.
Clinical & Aesthetic Medical Assistant Phlebotomy
Lisandra Ramirez is a member of the E & Y Medical Clinic team, performing both clinical and administrative duties. She is a Registered Medical Assistant and phlebotomist, responsible for drawing blood, and actively participates in the weight loss program by administering injections. Additionally, she manages the clinic's social media channels.
She is a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Florida and continues to advance her professional development with plans to attend nursing school.
